The Museum is open year-round on the following days:
Wednesday 12:00 - 4:00 pm
Thursday 12:00 - 4:00 pm
Friday 12:00 - 4:00 pm
The Museum will also be open Memorial Day - Labor Day:
Saturday 12:00 - 4:00 pm
The museum is also open for pre-scheduled groups at other times.

Admission
Explore three floors of Polk County history housed in the historic 1899 Old Courthouse. The Polk County Historical Society invites the public to visit the Museum free of charge. There is a free-will donation box located near the entrance and exit desks used for operating costs, archiving of records and the preservation of artifacts in the museum.
The museum has an elevator and is accessible. Accessible parking is available on Mill Street, outside the main entrance to the Museum.
